.Cancellation requests made less than the above timeframe is
non-refundable. In those casees, you may request to tranfer your
registration fee to a future training course or arrange for a
substitute person to attend (and you must inform us of the name
minimally 1 day prior to the start of the event)
Those who do not cancel and do not attend are
responsible for the full registration fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule and will give
notice in advance. We are not responsible for penalties resulting from
use of discount or other airfares.
